We defend major national and international manufacturers in straightforward and complex products liability litigation, and have tried products cases throughout the state. We evaluate cases at an early stage with a view to identifying cases with legitimate issues and exposure for our clients, and taking immediate and appropriate steps to mitigate that exposure. We have extensive automotive experience (airbag, seat belt, crashworthiness, stability and rollovers), as well as electrical components, low- and high-voltage switchgear, and a variety of other product groups.
