Our Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights section handles all aspects of representation of creditors, including bankruptcy, litigation, collections, negotiations, workouts, documentation and foreclosures. We assist our clients in analyzing, selecting and implementing the most cost-effective approaches to resolving debtor/creditor problems and in complying with state and federal laws. Our clients include financial institutions and other secured and unsecured lenders, vendors, service providers, asset managers, portfolio managers, account managers and trustees.
Our bankruptcy attorneys are very experienced in representing creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases, including adversary proceedings, motion practice, negotiations and asset analysis and recovery.
We handle collections and commercial litigation for creditors in state and federal courts throughout Texas as well as out of court and are well-versed in extraordinary prejudgment remedies, all phases of litigation and post-judgment collections.
We also assist our clients by preparing documentation and recommending procedures that will provide better legal protection and reduce future collection problems.
