• Head of team that handled over 240 satellite television signal theft cases with complex legal and technical factual issues against nearly 400 defendants in five federal divisions and six counties.
• Extensive representation of creditors and trustee in adversary proceedings, motion practice, claims objections and plan confirmation issues in bankruptcy courts throughout Texas and elsewhere, as well as negotiated reorganizations.
• Represented many clients effectively in alternative dispute resolution and served as an arbitrator.
