• Successfully prosecuted and argued commercial litigation dispute before the Fifth Circuit United States Court of Appeals obtaining reversal of District Court summary judgment.
• Obtained favorable trial verdict in a case involving claims of tortious interference with contract, civil conspiracy and other business torts.
• Represented and assisted in representing industrial and commercial clients involving premises liability cases and obtaining favorable settlements
• Assisted in defending a national bank in trademark litigation involving infringement of common law and statutory trademark rights.
• Assisted in obtaining summary judgment in products liability suit relating to indemnity rights between sellers and manufacturers of allegedly defective products, and assisted in successfully defending the judgment before the Austin Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.
• Assisted in defending a broad range of clients from small businesses to an international energy company involving toxic tort, environmental, and nuisance litigation.
