S. Alex King

Alex King is a general litigation associate in the Austin office. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, and has worked on disputes including: breach of contract, employment law matters (including EEOC complaints, employee compensation agreements, non-competes, and settlement agreements), deceptive trade practices, and securities litigation class actions (including investigations and enforcement proceedings by the SEC and PCAOB). She has also assisted clients with critical business strategies, employment issues, contract development, and public relations. Before joining Fritz, Byrne, Head and Harrison, PLLC. Ms. King practiced law in Washington, D.C. at Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe.
