Kelly Latz is a 27 year transactional lawyer representing clients involved in transactions in a broad range of areas, including business and real estate transactions and entity formation, acquisition and restructuring. • Represented many clients in stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions.

• Represented numerous clients in securities offerings ranging from several hundred thousands to several millions of dollars.
• Obtained abatements and reductions of sales tax assessments by Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts on behalf of numerous clients.
• Advises clients how to minimize state tax consequences of their proposed transactions.
